Step 2 – Evaluation & Benchmarking: We analyze findings and generate a detailed report using our standardized Key Area KPIs.

Step 3 – Executive Presentation & Planning: We present our insights to top management and initiate discussions to outline a strategic plan.

Step 4 – Plan Development: We refine and finalize a structured strategic excellence initiative plan.

Step 5 – Training & Alignment: We educate all functional and team leaders on the plan and key Lean methodologies to ensure alignment.

Step 6 – Implementation of Fundamental Processes: These initial processes address and eliminate many immediate challenges.

Step 7 – Advanced Process Implementation: We build upon the fundamentals by introducing more advanced Lean practices.

Step 8 – Ongoing Audits & Sustainability: Once the facility embraces a Lean and Continuous Improvement mindset, Management will conduct regular audits to sustain improvements and maintain consistency.
