The HOM Process
Who to invite to the HOM
There are a few considerations to make as we want to keep our operations as productive as possible. Noone likes back-to-back meetings and we want to keep them at a minimum.
Our approach depends on the project size and complexity.
If its a small simple project, then its enough to have the Hand-over between Sales and PM.
If its a larger Multimillion complex project, you will want to have more peoples involved right from the beginning to start planning the resources necessary.
