The Project Lifecycle Process

The lifecycle process defines the "HOW" a company executes its projects, outlining a structured approach, methodologies, and best practices that guide project delivery from start to finish.

Every project follows a series of steps that may occur sequentially, simultaneously, or in parallel.

However, every company operates differently, which means the execution process will vary based on its unique approach and structure.

In this section, you’ll explore three distinct process models, each tailored to a specific type of business, helping you identify the best fit for your organization.
